All TMA shuttles will run their regular schedule in inclement weather unless a specific announcement is made. Updates on program closures or delays will be sent to the designated contact within your company via email as soon as possible.
Please allow extra time for the shuttle in bad weather and encourage employees to check the shuttle tracker for information on where the shuttle is on the route.
If you are planning an early closure at your location and would like to schedule an earlier pick-up time, please let us know right away. It’s ideal if you can tell us the day before a storm is expected or at a minimum before the driver’s morning shift is over so that we can make arrangements to change the schedule.
As soon as you know if you will be closing early or not opening at all, please call our office at 781-895-1100. There is staff available to take your call from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
